47/48RE pricing

Being both a diesel performance and transmission shop has given us a lot of experience with the repairing and upgrading the Dodge 47RH, 47RE, and 48RE transmissions. We have put together transmission stages to make it easier to price transmissions for our customers. These stages can be customized to a degree, please give us a call to discuss on a more detailed level.

Stage 1: Recommended for up to 400HP. Designed for truck with mild upgrades, increased towing performance, and improved fuel mileage.

Stage 2: Recommended for up to 550HP. Designed for hot street trucks that see some track time or occasional hooks to a pulling sled. Uses the OEM output shaft, so it is not intended for hardcore 4x4 boosted launches.

Stage 5: Recommended for up to 1000+HP. This is the top of the line competition transmission. Using what we have found to be the best billet input, intermediate, and over-sized output shaft. Also we use the awesome TCS direct drum with 55% more clamping force to ensure the clutches are fully utilized. We also use the DPC 4-disc torque converter to ensure no slippage what so ever. The transfer case will have to be opened up to replace the input gear with an over-sized input gear.

Please note that the installed price includes removal of the transmission from vehicle, heated flushing of the transmission fluid lines and cooler, installation of the rebuilt transmission, and new fluid. Our heated flushing machine service is extremely recommended and is something most shops overlook.
